Pamela Scholz

Pamela holds a Masters degree in harp performance. She has studied at the prestigious Salzedo Summer Colony in Camden, ME with Alice Chalifoux, and has participated in Master Classes with Alice Giles and Suzanne McDonald. Pamela soloed with the SFSU Symphony in Debussy's Danse Sacree et Danse Profane, was the harpist for the Carmel Forest theatre production of the Fantasticks, and has worked with the Monterey County Symphony and the Stockton Symphony.

Pamela has been a freelance harpist in the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay area since 1988 and has performed for weddings, restaurants, and private events at such diverse venues as the Inn at Spanish Bay, Highlands Inn, Seascape Resort, Ventana Inn and the Carmel Bach Festival.

With a repertoire ranging from Classical through Pop, Pamela is delighted to tailor her music to your specific requirements. For that extra special touch to make your event even more memorable, the option is available to add another player in with Pamela – either flute, violin, cello, or tenor voice.
