Kasie Talbot

Kasie Talbot has been playing bagpipes for seven years. She has been performing every week at Spanish Bay for over two years. Kasie is a member of the Monterey Bay Pipe Band, who recently had the honor of performing with The Chieftains at Sunset Center Carmel.
