Sontet, an exciting Latin Jazz quintet led by Conguero Mario Flores.
The Sontet performs jazz, pop, and original arrangements as well
as Afro-Cuban classics presented in the best of the "tropo-bopo"
style.
Influenced by the traditions of Tito Puente, Machito, Chano Pozo,
and Mongo Santamaria, The Mario Flores Sontet delivers vibrant soundscapes
rich in diverse flavor, Latin groove and hardhitting rhythms.
