Chicago Steve Barkley, a 30-year veteran
of stage and screen, is a high energy comedian who brings an array
of accents along with some amazing sound effects and a twisted sense
of humor to his presentation.
Traveling the globe with his hilarious brand of entertainment, Chicago
Steve has headlined comedy clubs all over the US, Canada, Mexico
and Guam.
He has as written and performed in various award winning TV and
radio commercials in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Areas, and
hosted his own comedy shows in the Monterey area for over a decade.
He was a $10,000.00 winner on America's Funniest People.
Other television credits include: Showtime's Comedy Club Network,
A & E's Evening at the Improv, and ABC's Foul
Ups, Bleeps and Blunders.
Steve has opened for Greg Allman, Ray Charles, David Crosby, The
Doobie Brothers, The Everly Brothers, Vince Gill, Herbie Hancock,
George Jones, Gladys Knight, Kenny Loggins, Keb Mo, Maria Muldaur,
Smokey Robinson, Leon Russell, Neil Young and many, many more. He
has also shared the bill with comics Jerry Seinfeld, Whoopie Goldberg,
Gary Shandling, Kevin Pollak, Dana Carvey, Will Durst, Jay Leno
and many others.
