Vern Brischke

Vern is based in the Monterey Bay Area. He has joyfully and gratefully been portraying Santa for private parties, corporate entities, civic events, nursing homes, hospitals and wherever the Jolly Old Elf is needed since 1994.

Vern brings a great deal of joy and warmth to his portrayal. His kindhearted nature and his natural beard make him well suited, indeed, for the job.

Vern stresses that Santa is not just for kids. His mission is to "bring back the joy of Christmas," and to that end, he says he loves "getting the whole family involved."

Vern has many repeat customers who enjoy his visits to their family parties year after year. He also works regularly for The City of Pacific Grove and The Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce. (You may have seen him at the annual City of Pacific Grove Tree Lighting Ceremony.) The City of Monterey Fire Department, Bruno's Market in Carmel, Wilson Plumbing and Heating, Costco, and Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital are also among his repeat clientele.
